RESERVATION POLICIES

Direct Price

We thank you very much for choosing us to spend your stay in Oaxaca, we understand that any unforeseen event may arise prior to making your trip, for this reason we ask you to read our reservation policies so that you have the necessary elements when requesting a refund.


High season

Payment Methods. -

Amount to Pay. -

100% Total Reservation.


Cancellation time with full refund. -

*7 days prior to entry of the reservation (check-in)


Cancellation time with 50% refund. -

*4 days prior to entry of the reservation (check-in)


Procedure to request and receive reimbursement. -

The refund may be requested via email to reservaciones@posadadonmario.com, indicating dates, number and total price of the reservation as well as account number, name and interbank code, if you have a paypal account please indicate it as well.

The refund will not be made in cash and will be made with a minimum of 24 hours from the request.


IMPORTANT. -

There will be no refund if cancellation is requested 3 days prior to entry (check-in)
